All orders are sent via Australia Post.  All orders are packed carefully with appropriate packaging.  We have no control over your parcel once it has been dispatched, we are unable to accept responsibility for safe delivery.

Ordering

Orders will be processed & dispatched within 2 days of receiving clear payment.  Payments are accepted via direct bank deposit, credit card via Paypal & money order/bank cheque.  Please be aware that bank transfer can take up to 4 days.  If payment is not received within 5 days your order may be cancelled.

Out of Stock Items

Sometimes due to stock count error or sale times numbers may be incorrect.  If an item you order is out of stock you will be notified before your order is processed.  You may choose another product to the same value, store credit or a refund. 

We can notify you when new stock arrives if you wish.


Refunds & Exchanges

If an item is faulty or your order is incorrect please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order & we will arrange to correct the problem.  This could be in the form of a refund, store credit or exchange.  

We understand that due to differences in monitors, a product you have ordered may not be what you wanted or you just may not be completely satisfied with your order.  In this situation we will be happy to offer an exchange or store credit but the original product/s will need to be returned in their original condition with all packaging included at the customer’s expense.
